Description

I have owned this car since January 2017 and it has been the best car I have ever had. I am only the 2nd owner and it has been extremely well cared for throughout its life, consequently it is in absolutely amazing condition both inside and outside. I am only selling because I have recently retired and wanted to move to an electric car which will be better suited to the shorter journeys I will be doing from now on. It has been extremely well maintained, with a full service history (as evidenced by up to date stamped service book and dealer receipts). Long MOT to 27/10/26. Timing belt and water pump changed in March 2023 at 116,391 miles. It also had a new high quality Yuasa battery fitted September last year (5 year guarantee). It has good condition Nexen NFERA SU1 tyres all round with deep tread (6mm tread on front, 7mm tread on rear). All 4 alloy wheels are also in good condition (see photo). The Skoda Yeti SE didn't come as standard with Bluetooth. However, I had a genuine Skoda Bluetooth kit professionally fitted when I bought the car. This integrates with the infotainment system and steering wheel controls perfectly. It supports hands free calling and music streaming. The infotainment system also has a built-in 6 CD autochanger and an SD card slot for playing music . It has a high quality Westfalia removable tow bar fitted with 13 pin electrics. This is the tow bar type recommended by Skoda and consequently there is a storage position for the removable tow bar under the boot floor (see photo). There is a cover that clips in place in the bumper to hide the tow bar fixing and electrics when the tow bar is not fitted. I will also include a spare rear number plate for use on a trailer. It comes with the emergency tyre repair kit and the original unused load cargo netting and boot divider (see photo). As can be seen from reviews, the Skoda Yeti is a much praised car. It's incredibly versatile, roomy and comfortable. Unusually, the rear seats can be removed which gives it the carrying capacity of a small van. It is very economical, I measured a real world average of 53 MPG over many months, with well over 60 MPG achievable on a steady motorway run. It has a tight turning circle and incredible visibility all round, making it very easy to drive and park. It really does need to be viewed to fully appreciate its condition. I will be very sad to see it go. If I had room I would hang on to it but sadly that isn't possible.
