Reluctant sale of our beloved Mercedes. We are moving from a horsebox to a towing vehicle and trailer which means that our MB - bought to be our long term car - is now surplus to requirements. We bought this car two years ago from a dealer at circa 53k miles. Since then, we have added 17k miles, mostly motorway - Somerset to Lancashire - to care for parent. It has been a joy to own and drive - smooth engine, wonderful cabin, great sound system, full leather and heated seats...Apple Play, with live sat sat nav and own music playlists etc. The cabin in full leather, with heated seats is pure luxury. All that we have added, apart from the MB AMG mats, is a slight dink in the drivers door, courtesy of a careless driver parked next to us in Tesco, and a bit of a scuff on the rear right alloy wheel, courtesy of we know not what. It has a MB service history, but we have had it serviced by our local independent garage. With Road Tax at 20 pounds, low insurance (for us), and sensible fuel consumption it has been a great buy for us, being rural. Honestly, it has not put a foot wrong for us. one of the things I really like about this car, compared with our other daily driver (a BMW estate) is the head height - this car has heaps of head room for the tallest driver. Service history / MOT. Mileage genuine. AMG mats added.
