Selling our VW Touran as we're moving house and need to free up some money unfortunately. We bought it in 2022 with a worn timing chain from a customer and had a BRAND NEW ENGINE fitted along with many new parts, new fluids, all filters etc. This cost over 5.5 thousand pounds in parts alone at trade-price! (The engine alone was 4560 pounds! Anything worn or wearing we had changed including the dual mass flywheel, water pump, supercharger drive, suspension, etc The car is great, drives so well, super reliable, bright xenon headlights which move with the steering are amazing! It's just had new brake discs and pads all round, rear suspension, regular oil flushes and servicing. The twin-charged 1.4 petrol engine pulls well with loads of torque and when driven sensible returns over 42mpg. It's such a quiet engine and has a nice little "ptsshh" sound from the supercharger on gear changes. The DSG gearbox is super slick, changes really quickly and is bombproof. The gearbox oil was also flushed and changed along with the engine replacement. The car is very clean inside and out, a few little marks on the bumpers but only light marks. The MOT expired but I will get it MOT'd when it's sold. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
