Description

This Caledonian Blue Defender 110 TD5 has been in my possession for about 8-9 years now. It is an absolute treat and wonderful driving defender van. the vehicle has had a stage 2 remap (about 200BHP) carried out by certified alive tuning which makes it feel like a 'normal' car. Selling only due to recently purchasing a new van and no longer need this. Previous owners show 3; two of which are me - first me personally and then secondly me through my business. The vehicle has been used to drive to meetings and site visits, carrying out surveys for our gardens. Although I don't have a 'service history' (fairly common with defenders of this age), in my possession it has always been serviced every 4k-5k miles. Whether by me or a garage. Normal oil changes and injector harness swapped for new every time. In addition to this, the truck has had some other work: New clutch, glow plugs and master cylinder 20k miles ago Stage 2 Remap Momo steering wheel (smaller) and detachable for security purposes. New MAF Sensor RECENT WORK: New (uprated) fuel pressure regulator sensor (rebuild kit) Two new BF KO2 tyres (front) New Seat assemblies/frames Injector loom with mod changed, new rocker cover gasket fitted also. Drop arm ball joint changed. Steering shaft changed. Greased all propshaft UJ's Driver side stop/tail lamp changed Checked the oil levels in the diffs, gearbox and transferbox. Changed the wiper blades. Replaced radiator and thermostat As with any car this age and mileage, while it's been looked after very well in my possession, it's still showing signs of use and there are things that need doing to keep this vehicle on the road - I have priced the vehicle with possible work required factored in. For this reason, I am confident with the price but still open to a discussion. While mechanically amazing and spot on, PLEASE DON'T EXPECT A SHOWROOM VEHICLE!
