Full Porsche service history
Exceptionally well-specified
For 2011, Porsche introduced the first-ever 911 to carry the designation 'GTS'. Conceived as a more road-usable alternative to the track-focused GT3, the GTS had 408bhp on tap, 23 horsepower more than the S version, while also featuring appropriately uprated suspension and race-inspired centre-lock wheels. Unique styling features included a Sport Design front bumper, special rear bumper, blackout trim, GT2-type side skirts, and 'Carrera GTS' door sills in brushed stainless steel. Alcantara trim was standard, but many GTS customers specified leather upholstery. In the January 2025 edition of 911 & Porsche World there was a lead 12-page feature on the 997.2 GTS. The 997 was described as 'the sweet spot of the modern 911 era, de facto modern classic, and why's it's the last of the 'enthusiast 911s', further claiming the GTS as 'the best of the 997 range' and that it could be the ultimate, liveable, everyday 911.
First registered on 29th September 2011, this Carrera 4 GTS has had only two registered keepers, the present one since September 2022, and currently displays a total of circa 7,500 miles on the odometer. The car is finished in Aqua Blue Metallic with Sand Beige interior and comes with a data sheet listing its numerous optional extras, including Adaptive Sports Seats; Bose Surround Sound; Electric Sunroof; and Sport Chrono Package Plus. It has been serviced at Porsche Edinburgh and Porsche Glasgow throughout its life, at the following dates:
28/1/2014 - Porsche Edinburgh
18/9/2017 - Porsche Glasgow
30/6/2021 - Porsche Glasgow
12/9/2022 - Porsche Glasgow
25/4/2025 - Porsche Edinburgh
Dated May 2025, the most recent invoice is for just over 2,200 for maintenance work carried out by Porsche Centre Edinburgh. The current MoT certificate expires in September 2026.
