Description

One 'mature' fuss-pot owner having had this lovely SUV made to order (from then BMW Dorchester) back in 2016, to be fitted with a panoramic roof and beige (oyster) leather interior. The vehicle has a 100% BMW service history based on BMW's recommended 24-month or 18,000 mile cycle for this specific vehicle (or on-demand, whichever being the sooner). However, the car has been serviced more frequently based on an approximate 12,000 mile usage, as you will see from the vehicles digital service record included in the photos. Of particular note is the vehicle has just undergone the more costly 'Level II' full service (see photos), which also included a full Air Con service and refill, and so not due another service until November 2027 (and a Level II not due again until 2029!). Two keys provided, both having had their batteries recently replaced (spare new fob battery will be included). Although BMW state their superb auto gearboxes are supposedly 'filled for life', I nevertheless had the gearbox fully serviced (transmission fluid and filters etc) earlier this year, so most likely not due again in the foreseeable life of this vehicle. Receipts for every service, including gearbox service, original brochures, sales receipts and more, will be passed on to the new owner to continue the vehicles essential provenance. One other point to note is that the vehicle has only been 'fed' on premium Shell or BP diesel - for its entire life, and the vehicle has never been involved in an accident. This has also been a strictly 'no smoking' vehicle. Tyre tread depth as measured when serviced 3.11.25: Front o/side 6.7 mm, Front n/side 6.1 mm, Rear o/side 5.7 mm, Rear n/side now a new tyre (as small cut to inside tyre wall discovered when serviced). There is an area of about 5 x 5 inches of the leather seating as one enters the driver's side rear door where there are a few small spots of what seems like a light-coloured mink makeup or similar (see photo) which I have been unable to remove.
