Top spec avensis estate. 2.2 diesel. One owner from new, then my mechanic mate bought it and got it through an mot, then I bought it on the day it passed. as a stop gap after my golf had just died. Totally the wrong car for my needs as I only do a few miles a week but it was such a good car I had to get it. The mileage is on 125k and will rise slightly until sold. The engine was replaced by toyota at 78436 miles so the engines done around 43k. Very tidy car for its age. With a spec ahead of its time. No dpf to worry about! Only "bad points" to mention are that the roof lining is starting to sag in places and it sometimes has a brake buzz when coming to a stop. It passed the mot with this and I was told not to worry about it. Brakes stop the car fine! Lots of paperwork and 4 keys! Selling to go back to a petrol hatchback!
