Volkswagen Passat TDI GT - Reliable, Well-Maintained, Great Value For sale is my VW Passat TDI GT, a solid and dependable car that has served me well. It comes with **two sets of keys** and has recently had a number of important maintenance items taken care of, including **brand new tyres, brake pads and discs, and a new battery** - giving peace of mind to the next owner. This Passat is higher mileage but remains a strong, reliable drive. It's comfortable on longer journeys, economical, and offers the quality you'd expect from Volkswagen. Mechanically, it has never let me down. The **engine management light (EML)** does come on intermittently. This has been the case for several years, but every time it has been checked at garages or during MOTs, no fault codes have been found. The light usually disappears and then returns after a few days, but it has never affected performance or reliability. Cosmetically, the car has a few scrapes and marks consistent with age and mileage, but nothing significant or that affects use. Overall, it presents well and is in good condition for its age. I am only selling because my daughter is learning to drive, and we've moved to an automatic to make things easier for her. Otherwise, I would happily keep this Passat as it has been a trustworthy and enjoyable car. For transparency the sat nav sd card needs renewing and apple car play does not work.
