2003 Ford Ranger 2.5 diesel pickup double cab truck. 227,547 miles, may go up slightly as still in use. Its an old truck, that has been well loved but not a show pony. Good points: Cam belt and full service done last summer (about 5000 miles ago). Reconditioned gearbox and heavy duty clutch/fly wheel fitted about 1000 miles ago. Airconditioning re-gassed back in September. Undersealed at start of last year (was aiming to do it again this coming year). Everything works. Upgraded headlight bulbs and light bar included. Prop shaft with new UJs about 15k miles ago. Pulls well, never broken down. Everything works, but rear windows are a bit tight as I had the inner seals out with door cards as I had a locking tool box in the back which I had to take the cards off to fit, and they have been stored in shed and rubbers have gone hard. I have been treating them and they are getting better but still tight on window. Bad points: Tatty, paintwork is rough and carries quite a few dents. Few rusty areas here and there. Been used as a work truck for last 6 years that I have had it, its tatty. I have a slightly better tailgate to go on it which I will try to fit. Will come with a spare prop shaft, up and over winch mount in rear bed (from a forestry commission truck), but not including winch as it broke. I have new glow plugs to go it in as it smokes badly on start up (which I will try and swap over next week if weather permits, but will be included in sale if I don't get them fitted). Smoke does clear and runs sweet as a nut once it clears. MOT until 31-1-26. Advisories from previous MOT I have done. Genuine reason for sale - I had to get a new truck to write off some tax and I can justify keeping both along with other vehicles that I have. 1500 Ono. Cash on collection or transfer (to be cleared before taking of vehicle). Delivery possible within reason, but can be loaded onto a collection truck if you want to arrange a transporter etc, but full payment must be received prior to this arrangement, and will be buyers responsibility only to arrange/pay this.
