Description

For sale I have my Audi A5 2.0tfsi Auto. The car had the RS5 body kit and upgraded interior fitted by the previous owner. It sounds amazing and goes really well. I had a full engine rebuild carried out 2 1/2 years ago (at a total cost of nearly 5,000) by a reputable independent vag specialist as it was burning oil like all of these tfsi engines have suffered and it's been amazing ever since. Just serviced and has an MOT until July so there really is nothing mechanical that needs doing to it for some time. The interior is immaculate and the body work is as good as you are going to get for a car if this age. The upgraded headlights have been coded correctly so work exactly as they should. It's had a lot of money spent on it over the years. I had the roof serviced and re coated earlier this year so the water just beads off it. Whilst servicing it they also rejuvenated the rubber seals at an extra costs and re glued some of the interior roof so it's as good as new. I have all of the paperwork for the work I have had carried out so you have completed piece of mind. It has 2 new tyres fitted at the last MOT. There are a couple of jobs that need to be done on it which is why I have priced it accordingly. I have another car already so want it sold. When the roof was serviced they recommended getting the rear window rebonded as the glue was starting to look loose. I was quoted 150. This now needs doing as it's starting to lift in the corner (Cayman auto services in Redhill). The Aircon has started to be intermittent and the engine fans come on straight away. I'm told that this is probably linked and due to a temperature sensor. I had the Aircon re gassed at the recent service but this did not rectify it as sometimes it works fine and other times it will come on and go straight off again. It has definitely been painted on the rear left wing at some point in its life as it's a slightly different gloss level. You can only notice this in direct sunlight and could probably be improved by a decent detailer and a machine polish if you are fussy. It has rear parking sensors installed into the bumper but I disconnected them when I first got the car as they had been wired in wrong and were permanently on rather than just when you engaged reverse gear. The wiring is all there so an easy job if you know what you're doing or a simple job for an auto electrician. Other than that it's a really beautiful car that is mechanically sound and in fantastic condition.
