Description

I'm selling my Sport Graphite (limited edition) Mazda MX-5 (6 speed manual, 2L). The special edition comes with LSD, heated leather seats, power retractable hard-top (PRHT) and bilstein coilovers. Originally it came with a tomtom satnav, but it's been replaced with a better Sony media unit that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (it also supports a reverse camera, but the camera is not installed). Reluctant and not urgent sale, only selling due to the need to have something more spacious for the family in a few months (only car). I have owned it since 2023, I've put 10k+ miles on it. The car is actively used, so it is in perfect mechanical condition. The car is serviced regularly in a performance garage in East Kilbride (Automek). If you want it to get inspected in any reputable garage of your choosing before the purchase - I don't mind. This year, I've put a lot of money into this car (was not planning on selling when done these): - new brake rotors (MTEC Drilled & Grooved) - front and back (130 GBP) - new brake pads (EBC Yellowstuff) - front and back (200 GBP) - new Exedy Stage 1 Organic Clutch (450 GBP) - new Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres (448 GBP) - just refurbished all 4 alloys (450 GBP) - replaced gearbox/rear diff/valve cover seals Excluding upgraded brakes, clutch and media unit - it's a fully stock MX-5. You can turn it into a project car for track, or use it as a leisure weekend roadster as I was using it. Engine/transmission/diff oils, oil/air filters etc, brake fluid, etc - all were replaced regularly as per FSH that I can provide. Cosmetically, there are minor signs of wear, expected on the car this age - few minor scratches, small signs of wear on the driver's seat. It was bought in England and only spent 2 years in Scotland. Recently done inspection for rust, only small surface rust present, nothing structural, no welding needed/done etc. Can be easily cured with one coat of rust converter. Currently MOT is till late March (~4 months). It's not an urgent sale and I don't expect anybody to come look at this core in winter anyway. If you are genuinely interested in this car I will do a fresh MOT before you come to take a look at the car, so you will have worry-free 12 months MOT. __ I will add more photos in a few days after posting this ad
