Bought in Feb 2025 at 112800 miles as I needed something large and reliable as I had just purchased my first house. I set about making it as reliable as possible as I needed to rely on the car over the coming months. In the following weeks I replaced the following; -Exedy 3 Piece Clutch Kit with new Gearbox oil at Honda HQ specialists in Cannock. -Rear Diff Fluid flush and renewal using Genuine Honda DPS-F Fluid -Both Complete Lower Suspension wishbones -Track Rod Ends -Rear D Bar Anti roll bar bushes -Full Service including Oil + Filter (27/03/2025 at 113247 miles), Iridium Spark Plugs, Pollen Filter, Air Filter and Bosch Aerotwin Wipers. I have parts receipts for all the parts I have purchased and fitted. I have just changed the oil again on 31/12/2025 at 117842 miles as I believe in good preventative maintenance. Waxoyl undersealed-It is extremely clean underneath, these cars are prone to rear subframe and sill rot. This car shows no signs of that and should be solid for many more years to come. It was kept in the Honda network until 2023 benefitting from an annual corrosion check/report which showed no issues. Remote Central Locking, electric windows all round,Leather/Alcantara Heated seats, Electric folding mirrors, Cruise Control, Trip Computer, radio/ CD player with USB input, and dual zone climate control with working Air conditioning that blows very cold. MOT until 20th January 2027 with no advisories. It has an extremely clean MOT history, as can be seen online. Front Tyres are Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 SUV with 6mm. Extremely expensive but are brilliantly quiet yet perfect for Winter. Rears are Avon ZX7 with between 4-5mm. 2 Keys, Locking Wheel Nut, Bookpacks etc and Full V5 in my name are all present. It really is a very well looked after car as is evidenced by the monumental pile of service history. I've used this car well for my house renovation, but I have never knocked it about or abused it. I took it on holiday to Cornwall covering 1000 miles in a week without an issue (see last 2 pics). Bad points are the front outer parking sensors are not working, I have 2 new ones that I will give to the new owner, and some age/usage marks around the car as to be expected, but overall it is very clean in and out considering age and miles. Please note due to insurance purposes I will be conducting test drives, and the roof bars have now been removed.
