After 12 years of ownership the time has come to sell my X5, it's a 2012 model with 10 months MOT and just under 145,000 miles on the clock. I'm actually quite proud to have put all those miles on it myself, I believe the log book shows one previous owner but that was BMW so the car is really a one owner car. It is a 3.0 litre diesel M Sport Automatic. The car will come with two keys, one works, one doesn't. It might just require a new battery but I haven't looked into this. The front seats are heated, full leather. The A/C blows ice cold. I will be using the car until my new one arrives 10th January so the mileage will rise slightly. The car runs and drives very well, it has been incredibly reliable, a testament to it's German engineering. In fact it is getting replaced with another German car. Mechanically there are no known faults, the iDrive is indicating that the rear brake pads need changing. The car has comprehensive service history with lots of paperwork, I will dig it all out and update the advert with greater detail when I get chance. With regards to the condition of the body overall it is good with the exception of a recently acquired low level dent to the near side of the vehicle as per the photograph, I had a incident with a very small wall in the Screwfix car park, it was only about three rows of bricks high and I just didn't see it. The car has been used to transport a small Jack Russell from time to time, just thought I'd mention it in case any buyers have allergies. It is actually the perfect dog or tow car.
