Description

2002 BMW 318i Touring (E46) - Practical Modern Classic Mileage: 29800 genuine miles Transmission: Manual Up for sale is my son's BMW 3 Series Touring (RK02 XRA). This E46 generation is widely regarded as one of the best-handling and most iconic designs BMW ever produced. Finished in metallic green, this Touring model offers the perfect blend of BMW driving dynamics and practical estate space. It was gifted to my son by his grandparents who have owned it from new. Key Highlights: Practicality: Large boot space with the classic "split-glass" tailgate (open just the window or the whole boot). Rear parking sensors Engine: The 2.0L petrol engine provides a smooth, reliable drive with better fuel economy than the larger straight-six models. Condition: Well-maintained for its age / Clean interior / Bodywork in excellent shape for a 20-year-old car, exceptionally LOW Mileage 29800 Service History: Annual service , recently had new oil sump fitted Recent Maintenance & Features: MOT: Valid until December 26. Tires: good condition Features: Climate control, original BMW alloy wheels, electric windows, and roof rails, cruise control Recent Work: new sump, and BMW recall for seat belts have been fitted. The Drive: Despite being over 20 years old, this car still drives with that "planted" BMW feel. It's been a reliable daily driver/weekend car and handles motorway cruising and city driving with ease. Points to Note: This is an ultra low mileage car owned by family from new. However 17yr old has decided it's too big for him as a first car Only down part to note is an ABS warning light. It was assessed and requires a steering angle sensor fitted ( BMW diagnostic paperwork available), my son however doesnt want to spend the money on a car he isn't keeping.
