This vehicle has a reconditioned engine, so half new! Work previously completed on the engine includes: -Engine stripped to component level, washed and cleaned -Head gasket kit fully replaced (main cause of overheating addressed) -Two new pistons fitted -Timing chain kit / timing belt kit replaced -Piston rings replaced -Cylinder head stripped, pressure tested, resurfaced -Valve guides checked and replaced as needed; valve seats cut -Cylinder block re-honed / re-bored as necessary -Connecting rods re-honed -Main and big-end bearings replaced -Crankshaft polished and/or reground -Oil pump reconditioned -Valves re-faced, lapped, and vacuum tested -Camshaft checked and polished if needed -Engine reassembled with all new gaskets and seals I have driven it for over a year since the engine recondition and it drives well under normal/moderate motorway driving, but it stutters slightly under heavy acceleration following engine recondition. Interior in excellent condition, and exterior in good condition but with a few micro-dents and a small scrape on passenger side rear wheel arch.
