Reluctant sale of my A8 that we have had for a couple of years now. I bought it to drive up and down to Leeds from Edinburgh for work, but the need to do that has stopped, so its not getting used much at all nowadays. It must be one of the best A8s for its age in the country and this is the second A8 I have had, as I love them for motorway cruising. Only 2 previous owners and it went to Audi for a service and MOT every year between 2009 and 2024, the print out from Audi is shown in the photos. I have serviced it last year and mechanically it is in perfect condition. The front brakes were replaced last year, the rears have lots of life left and the tyres (matching Pirelli P-Zeros all round) have about 5 or 6mm tread left. The air suspension works without any issues and it doesnt sag after being left for for a few weeks. It comes with all the usual A8 luxury spec along with BOSE stereo, keyless entry and optional larger wheels. There is also a bluetooth module allowing music streaming and I fitted a removable towbar. It was only for bike transport, so doesnt have full electrics wired up. Everything works as it should with the exception of two minor things. One of the door actuators (the rear right) does not work every time. It means that the first time you open that door it needs to be done from the inside. And the keyless entry door switch doesnt work, so the car has to be locked with the key. Neither have been an issue for me and didnt even realise until 6 months after I bought the car. Happy to chat through the car with serious buyers, but not keen on any part exchange deals or the like. The car is being transferred from the reg number N100 LYO to the one shown in the photos.
