2009 Mini Cooper (58 Plate) 1.6 Automatic with cruise control in Yellow with black 17-inch rims. Selling my wife's first car owned for the last 2 years. I spared no expense on maintenance and repair to keep the car safe. For the last 2 years, the car has been parked overnight in an underground car park. Doors and exterior are rust-free. Minor paint blemishes and age-related marks on the body but insignificant. Has 2 original keys. Mini has been used as a commuter and a shopper within London, so not a lot of miles covered. Only 1500 miles in 2025. Since the purchase in January 2024 had upgraded the head unit with Apple CarPlay and fitted with a reverse camera that automatically activates when reversing. Has a wired microphone to take calls and use Siri. All steering wheel buttons work with the new head unit. Front speakers have been upgraded from factory to 2-way Pioneer for better clarity and balance. With the new head unit, the audio is much better than factory. New rear LED lights with Union Jack style were fitted, retaining all of its original functionality and adding a touch of modern minis. Side mirrors were also fitted with Union Jack covers. This mini has fully working air conditioning for summer heat, electric windows, and electric side mirrors. The car has been thoroughly maintained, the engine and gearbox are healthy and it is fun to drive. Suspension is great and is very responsive without vagueness or wobble in steering. Most recently had a major 60,000 miles service including spark plugs, coils, brake discs and pads all around, oil and filter change, cabin filter, and coolant top up. The car used only Castrol Edge 5-W40 engine oil as recommended for mini of this generation. The car is fitted with Michelin tyres with plenty of tread left from the 2023 manufacturing year. Selling because my wife now has a new car, and the Mini Cooper is now parked indoors waiting for its new owner!
