Priced to sell (1k lower when compared to other listings for same model & mileage) due to requiring o2 sensor replacement (bank 1 sensor 2) part will be supplied with vehicle free of charge, just need to undertake or arrange fitting yourself. Literally just a plug and screw in. Engine management light will come on after approximately 50 miles which can be cleared off with a simple diagnostic device, which can also be supplied free of charge if you don't have one. This can be shown on diagnostic device at time of showing if required. Does not effect performance of vehicle or MPG as it's post cat-converter and the fault has been appearing for around 6 months with no issues what so ever and vehicle used daily. Vehicle is worth significantly more than listed price. Choice was to either have this replaced at cost or time doing it myself, or sell at a discounted price so the buyer can do this themselves. Alternatively don't replace it, it's not essential and clear the warning light when it does appear. It would have been very easy not to be transparent about this however we would not sell a vehicle without declaring everything.
