We took this Octavia vRS TDI DSG Estate in part exchange against a low mileage 7.5 Golf GTD DSG Estate which gave us the opportunity to carefully test drive and inspect it. Yes the mileage is quite high at around 14000 miles per year but it's got a very good service history (see images) and is in exceptional condition inside and out. DSG gearbox oil changed at 49k miles, 89k miles and 130k miles. Cambelt changed at 89k miles and 146k miles (Jan 2025). In order to ensure there were no faults, I've run this car as my daily driver for 6 months and 4000 miles and it's never missed a beat. We've refurbished the wheels professionally with new centre caps, repaired wear on the drivers seat (not on bolsters), fitted the gearshift selector repair kit (common problem). 3 owners + us from new. We believe the first owner was the supplying Skoda main dealer then owners 2 and 3 did 70000 miles each (we are owner 4). While it is largely original paint, owner 3 worked at one of the best bodyshops in the country and kept it very tidy including ceramic coating it twice. Nice standard spec of bucket seats, cruise control, bi-xenon headlamps, multi-function steering wheel, 18 inch alloy wheels, red brake calipers, bluetooth, lane assist (which can be permanently turned off). Extras include light assist (automatic main beam), space saver spare wheel, black styling pack (mirrors, grille, roof rails). Superb condition inside and out and drives perfectly. Due to the age and mileage of this vehicle, we are unable to sell it with a third party warranty so for any post sale issues, the car will need to be returned to us.
