I have for sale my Facelift FN2 Type R GT Pack with all the added extras possible on an FN2. It is finished in Honda's legendary Nighthawk Black which is Crystal Clear without a single defect. The vehicle is in absolutely immaculate condition inside and out with not a single mark anywhere and by far the cleanest and most well kept example on the market today, with a huge amount of service history and paperwork. It has an upgraded ECU which has been remapped by TPW Engineering (Paul West)(formerly TDI NORTH) renowned Honda Specialists. The car is running a strong 235bhp with 3 switchable maps (with printout of rolling road dynograph) with added extras and benefits from having a Helical LSD fitted to better manage that power. The remap was carried out by the leading Honda Tuner in the UK and they have absolutely transformed the car, having owned many Hondas in the past and this being the first remapped N/A variant it is easy to see the huge difference between this and stock. There are 3 switchable maps which include 1. Full Power Tune, 2. An eco sort of map to put the car to stock power which is less aggressive and better for daily driving and 3. Being full power with the benefits of Auto Downshift, Launch Control etc and generally the most aggresive set up. There is also a Direnza Intake fitted which really livens up the sound accompanied with a Jap Speed exhaust and manifold. It is with great sadness to have to sell the car as I wished I could have kept it longer. The bodywork is immaculate there is a full service history. Valve clearances have been done as well as clutch (exedy uprated), gearbox overhaul, new lights and foglights, discs and pads, new uprated polybushed mounts all round, uprated gearshifter detents and shifter mechanism as well as new tegiwa gearbox bushings and a huge amount more which may have been missed. The car is absolutely immaculate without a mark inside or out. Michelin PS4s Tyres all with great tread and recent ceramic coating detail. It is an extremely well kept example with none of the usual rust which is becoming common on the FN2 Type Rs now, this backed up by clean mot history without a single advisory for the past 7 years. The last 2 owners before myself are VW master technicians who have took pride and maintained this car with no expense spared and owned the car over the past 10 years.
