I have for sell my beloved 2006 130i which I'm only selling due to having a 4 month old baby and unfortunately the 1series it's just not big enough. It's a Manual Pre LCI and if you are looking for one of these you probably know that this is the one to go for if you prioritise driving feel. Although most people prefer the LCI looks, you loose the hydraulic power steering and having driven both I can say it's indeed a big difference. It's currently on 106k and change which for these n52 engines is not bad at all. I have owned the car for a bit more then 3 years and I have done everything to keep the car in very good condition with very frequent oils changes and all the maintenance it has required, I also have paper work from previous owners showing timely maintenance from the start. I'm happy to give more detail about all the maintenance done upon request. It's sitting on a 235mm square setup Michelin pilot sport 5 all around with the rear ones having about 70% left on them and the fronts about 95%. The car as also been recently detailed, with a full polish on the outside and interior clean and leather treatment. Recent weather made it a bit dirty again but I will give it a wash before viewings. Underneath the car it's pretty clean with only some surface rust on the rear subframe as it's usual for a car this age but there is 0 structural rust anywhere on the car. All the outside panels have no rust. As for mods the car it's pretty much stock with the only changes being the M3 front control arms, bilstein B4 shocks, EBC discs, EBC yellow stuff brake pads and a back box delete that makes it sound like a proper old BMW straight six. Not so good points, it will need brakes soon, driving it around you don't really feel it but on the last MOT it got an advisory, apparently it's the inside of the discs that's worn. Also at some time ago a roof tile fell on the rear left quarter and it had to be repainted, it's not the best job and I got quoted 350pounds to repaint it but it just didn't bother me enough to be worth doing it (please check photos) Car is sold as seen, small test drive is allowed but if you would like to go for a longer test you will have to take a temporary insurance.
