2.5 dCi Platinum Double Cab Pickup - Manual | 4WD | Euro 5 (190 PS) This is a well-maintained Platinum double cab pickup that drives exactly as it should and has been completely reliable in my ownership. The vehicle is only being sold due to a change in requirements, as I now need a larger van. The Platinum specification offers a high level of comfort and technology, including heated leather seats, cruise control with speed limiter, and electric folding, heated mirrors. The infotainment system features a touchscreen display with Bluetooth connectivity, along with a factory-fitted reversing camera. It sits on 17-inch alloy wheels with four brand-new tyres fitted. The vehicle is a manual diesel, four-wheel drive, Euro 5 compliant, producing 190 PS, making it equally capable on the road and off it. In the load bed, I have installed a custom-built false floor with a pull-out storage drawer, ideal for tools, fixings, or general equipment. The drawer runs smoothly and provides organised, secure storage while keeping the bed usable. Importantly, this setup is not permanent and can be easily removed if a standard open load bed is preferred. Mechanically, the pickup drives perfectly and has never given me any issues. A key point worth noting is that there are no signs of rust on the subframe, which is an important consideration on these vehicles. Cosmetically, there are a few age-related marks as expected, including stone marks on the bonnet and a small number of paint chips on the exterior plastics. Nothing substantial, and overall it presents well for its age. The only minor issue I am aware of is that the tailgate lock can be intermittent. The tailgate opens, closes, and secures correctly; however, on occasion the lock does not engage when turning the key. This has not affected use and simply hasn't been addressed yet.
