Good condition car with 57k miles. Owned by me since 2019, and maintained yearly with lots of receipts. Timing belt completed also. Potential issue with air con factored into price. It was refilled, worked fine but the summer after the ice cold air no longer worked - could be a leak or may need refills again. Other than that, doesn't skip a beat. Please, no time wasters - if you wish to test drive, please ensure you have insurance to cover.
