Description

Rare Hybrid Porsche Cayenne - ULEZ Compliant Luxury spec with full leather, Bose sound, heated seats, air suspension, 21" alloys & sunroof. Already fitted with Ghost immobiliser, tracker & Nextbase dashcam wiring. Now just 9,997 2k below market value! This Porsche Cayenne is ULEZ COMPLIANT and in excellent condition, with all recommended works carried out annually along with regular servicing at trusted local garages. MOT was recently renewed, giving almost a full year's peace of mind. Selling it for an absolute bargain well below the market value due to my insurance ending soon and lack of parking space where Iive. The car is recorded as Cat S due to minor previous damage assuming on the rear left passenger door pictures of this and repair attached in the photos. This was repaired. There is a scuff on the rear left door when a scraped a corner on a turning. Nothing major was quoted 300 quid or get it done but havnt got around to it. Aside from this, the car is in mint condition besides the usual minor scruffs and scratches for it's age it runs beautifully and is a pleasure to drive. It comes well-equipped with some great features including a premium Bose sound system, full electric sunroof with blind, folding mirrors, and freshly refurbished alloys (done a couple of years ago). The car has real road presence with its stunning looks and continues to grab attention wherever it goes. I'm only selling due to lack of parking space, insurance ending and the need to keep my 7-seater, otherwise I'd happily hold onto it. A fantastic example for anyone looking for a stylish and reliable Cayenne. PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE ATTACHED A SCREENSHOT OF AUTO TRADER'S PRIVATE SALE VALUATION FOR THIS VEHICLE IN NON-CAT S CONDITION, WHICH IS 10,750. I HAVE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT THAT A PORSCHE WITH CAT S HISTORY TYPICALLY SELLS FOR AROUND 15%-30% BELOW MARKET VALUE. FULL PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE AND REPAIR HAVE BEEN PROVIDED - THIS WAS MINOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE ONLY, LIMITED TO THE REAR LEFT, NOT MAJOR DAMAGE. BASED ON THIS, I BELIEVE IT IS FAIR TO PRICE THE CAR AT 20% BELOW MARKET VALUE. 20% OF 10,750 = 8,600. THIS IS MY FINAL PRICE. PLEASE DO NOT CALL WITH OFFERS. 8,600 IS THE PRICE. IF IT DOES NOT SELL, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO CONTINUE ENJOYING MY PRIDE AND JOY UNTIL THE RIGHT BUYER COMES ALONG WHO VALUES IT THE SAME WAY I DO.
