This is a lifetime guarantee that comes with the car and sometimes Tesla does allow you to carry the perk onto newer models if you upgrade car. An amazing vehicle which I'm gutted to be selling. Unfortunately there is a crack on the back passenger side wheel arch where someone went into it while parked (see pictures) but overall in excellent condition for a 10 year old car. The battery is currently charging to 250 miles when 100% charged and the battery was refurbished back in Feb 25 so has a few months warranty left.
