I have had the great pleasure of owning this car for just over 3 years. I bought from the well respected Lotus specilist, Will Blackham Automotive 10th June 2022. I had been in touch with Will for some time to help me source the right car for me - this being a mechanically well looked after and sound car, original condition with expected signs of age - reason being i wanted a car i could happily use and not worry about being too precious of the cosmetic condition - stone chips, interior wear and tear etc. This was the car and it has not missed a beat since being in my care. She has been my pride and joy. Always been professionally stored over winter, garaged and used in the summer, serviced regularly by my local Lotus dealer, Craig MonCrieff and not once has she let me down, having driven just over 6000 miles in the preceeding 3 years. This year I spent over 2,500 pounds on new bilstein S2 shock absorbers all round, the suspension being fully stripped down and reassembled, all works having been done at Craig MonCrieff Lotus dealer in Edinburgh. The car shows some signs of age as you would expect, some minor stone chips in the usual places. The interior has scuffed and worn leather in high traffic places, all of this which can be seen from the photos. This is a great car for someone like me, who wants an affordable, useable sports car for summer fun! My family have enjoyed the odd blasts down the local roads with the top down, but now we are house hunting so the car must, unfortunately go.
