Selling my 2017 Red Jaguar XJ R-Sport (340ps) for no other reason than I need pickup truck to replace this with. The car for the year I have owned it has been fantastic, sailed through its recent MOT as well with no advisories at all. Car is being serviced on 28/01/2025 and if brake pads need changed this will also take place. So any buyer is getting a car with 9 months MOT, next service not sure for 10k miles, pads and discs in fantastic order and wan unbelievable 2 year warranty covering all mechanical and electric failures not due to wear and tear up to the value of 17k. It has had new pads, discs and tyres in the last year, it also had a new intercooler fitted as well. The front grill and bottom silver inserts and rear badge have been Plastidipped Black to give the car the 'black pack' look, the side vents are the actual black vents themselves. The car is still being used daily until being sold so will add up a bit of mileage. The only issue with the car is the fact the rear camera no longer works, this is booked into get fixed at McMillan Jaguar in Motherwell on 28/01/2025. If bought prior to the repair date I will cover the cost of the repair. The massive difference between this and other XJ's on the market is I am selling this with the remaining 2 years Sytner Select Warranty + 2 years bodywork and wheel repair package (worth 2.5k) , meaning any stone chips, scratches or wheels kerbed can be fixed completely free of charge. The warranty is excellent as well and covered in FULL the new intercooler being fitted. Unlike other 3rd party warranties this covers for multiple uses in a single year and and the amount for any claim is upward of 8k. There are no other XJ's that look as good as this being offered by any dealers for this price with a warranty as good as this one. Worth its weight in gold. The car is big, luxurious, comfortably and is quick, shove it in Sport mode and the response is awesome for such a big car. Finally, the car has also been chip tuned so pumps out a bit more than the standard 340ps, added around 30-40ps and helps with fuel economy as well. A Fantastic car all round and sorry to see it go but just not practical for me at the moment. I will only accept the asking price for this. Private plate will be removed prior to sale + I will get the car valeted. First to see will buy, an absolute stunning car that really turns heads anywhere you go.
