Subaru Impreza Wagon STi's are extremely rare today but very popular with our buyers at Fairmont. They are becoming harder to source at the high quality level that we like to own and so we were delighted to find this one. They have found a different niche in the market to their saloon counterparts as they appeal to the more mature, rural and country demographic. But they still deliver the same 280bhp and rally 4wd. Whilst being more practical they retain the huge fun element of the saloon and this is why they are one of our favourites. Most in the market that come to the UK or have spent many years on UK roads are low grade examples unlike this example that came to us as a high grade 4 but it could have actually been a 4.5 as it is so lovely in all areas. It presents superbly with wonderful paintwork in Subaru 'Pure White', a very good underside and a clean interior, we can see no modifications other then the popular and expensive RAYS wheels. Since arriving in the UK we have carefully invested where we could benefit and over £1000 has been spent on maintenance and more on other items to have get this car to our retail standard The car has had a full service including oil and filter, new high end brake discs and vented pads and has had the important replacement of the cam belt with uprated pulleys, water pump. (parts supplied by Roger Clark Motorsport - subaru specialists) Other parts attended to are bushes, power steering belt, drop links, thermostat. gearshift selector, bushes, Air Con has been serviced with new belts and regas. All the tyres have been replaced by fairmont. The car comes with the book pack with two handbooks (Japanese). a CarVX report from Japan confirming its mileage and the high quality condition grade this car was awarded.
