Audi R8 V8 Manual Coupe 2009MY 40,912 miles No Modifications Sat Nav and Bluetooth Phone Connectivity (OEM) Audi Service & Inspection 300 miles ago - Audi Cam footage in this link from inspection. Can share if link not working. It's with a heavy heart I am listing my R8 for sale. I have owned the car for around 3 years but it's time to trim down a small collection to fund a Porsche GT3. I have done around 5000 miles in the car since i've owned it and I love it dearly (as do my kids!) I spent a lot of time trying to find an unmodified manual v8 coupe from 09 onwards and wanted to avoid MagRide dampers and any heavier options to keep the car as light as possible (another car i'm selling is an S1 elise. I have a thing for lighter cars). With any car I buy, I aim to get it 100% factory correct as it was intended (a crushing car bore, I know). Over the first 6 months I got to really know the car and then replaced anything required or potentially required with new OEM parts which were as follows. Intake system cleaned and walnut blasted Replaced tyre gel (was out of date) I had all 4 dampers and springs replaced with new OEM units (passive as the car left the factory). The NSR was misting and rather do all at once. Not cheap but this really transformed the ride of the car. Replaced the rear fog light (was crazed a little and niggled me) Replacement OEM new dampers and springs (new from Audi as originally fitted to car e.g. not a mag ride car converted to passive) The car has been 100% reliable and I took it for it's latest service to Audi Coulsdon around 300 miles ago. The car wants for nothing, all tyres are matching Pirelli P Zeros and I have the Audi Inspection video from Audi Coulsdon at last service which shows underneath the car and comments on all brake wear etc which is all excellent. All in all, the car is as close as I could get one to factory fresh mechanically, needs nothing at all and has just gone through the Audi with flying colours. I'll be very, very sad to see it go. PLEASE NO TRADERS OR TIME WASTERS, i want the car to go to a good home and be enjoyed. I'm in no rush to sell and happy to keep the car for summer and have another look in Autumn. Viewings welcome but I will be driving, I'm very happy to do a long run and stretch the cars legs once warm (never a chore).
