I'm sadly selling my 21-year old Hyundai Getz, after owning it for 17 years (it was my 18th birthday present). She's now looking for a nice home to live out her retirement years. - She comes with a full service history - Just two prior owners - The perfect car for a new or learner driver - Valid MOT until August 2026 - Very economical with fuel - ULEZ Compliant - Regularly does long trips between London & Cornwall with no issues - Owner is a non-smoker Most recent additions: - 2026: Brand new premium RAC battery with 5-year guarantee - 2025: Four brand new tyres - 2024: New sump and catalytic converter This little Getz's name is Genevieve-Matilda Luxmobile (fondly called 'The Luxmobile' by my friends, and 'Gen-Mat' by me). She's honestly been an absolute dream and is famous amongst my friendship group for being the car that has carried everyone around the UK for the past 17 years at all hours of the day and night. - Random roadtrips to the beach at 8pm? Tick. - Six people crammed in the car on NYE driving around London at 4am? Tick. - Famous actress vomiting in the passenger seat after a night out? Tick. (car received a full professional clean after this) - Roadtrips to Cornwall and Wales? Tick, tick. She has a lot of stories and hopefully a few more years in her before it's time for a rest in the car graveyard. Never written off or involved in any accidents - just a small dent in the side door panel from when I accidentally swerved into a hedge in 2011. In the interest of being honest, minor things to note: - The wiper fluid pipe sometimes disconnects and drains the fluid out, so needs to be re-connected - The ignition switch needs replacing (it sometimes doesn't 'trigger' properly when switched off so it doesn't switch the air-con off automatically - hence the new battery this month) Must be viewed and collected anytime on Friday 30th January.
