This vehicle is being listed as spare or repair as a whole due to the Powershift gearbox issue. The notes below are not exhaustive. The vehicle is advertised as seen with all faults, including faults not yet known or identified. It can move under its own power, but do not buy expecting road use. Trailer or trade plates are strongly advised. Gearbox fault Powershift shudders when moving off uphill, engages roughly, and can drop from gear into neutral. Fault code P0766 seen on my basic diagnostic reader, with "transmission performance degraded" appearing intermittently on the dash. In my view a gearbox oil service alone is unlikely to resolve this. Assume rebuild/replacement is required. Other known faults -Alarm service message can appear intermittently. -One door latch or lock mechanism is faulty since the snow in Jan 26, and will require repair. Possibly actuator (e.g. V95850005). -Wheel rims, interior, and exterior show noticeable wear and signs of use. History and condition Service record in handbook up to 147k miles. Previous owner appeared to take care of the car overall, except kerbed wheel rims. Timing belt done once at around 87k miles. Tyres fitted before I bought it. Tread measured to approx 5mm front and 6mm rear in late Dec 25. Paperwork and recent work Bought July 2025 at approx 169k miles. MOT passed in Aug 2025, but an MOT is not a guarantee of mechanical condition and the gearbox issue developed afterwards. Two keys. V5C present. Seatbelt recall completed July 2025. New number plates fitted August 2025. Electronic parking brake serviced by a Volvo specialist in Derby in mid Dec 2025 at 469.20 quid. Road tax 35 per year. Currently insured. In late Dec 2025 I first saw fault code P0766. Not yet inspected by a transmission specialist. Indicative retail gearbox rebuild quotes around 2.8k including VAT, subject to inspection. Better suited to a trader or specialist who can repair more economically. Cosmetics and parts Age related marks throughout, noticeable marks to the front left area, AC vent tab, and driver's seat wear.
