This doesn't matter much as the other 3 work fine, but just to be transparent. This causes the service light to come on. A diagnosis will show glow plug issue. But you can see it start fine in cold weather. The pull up part for reverse on the gear stick is broken. So you just put it in reverse the same way as the other gears. Can be annoying at first but if you get used to where 1st gear is it's not much of an issue. Can be fixed too. A dent to the bodywork on rear passenger side. In the past year I've had some work done.
