Description
2012 Elite Nav spec - one of the highest specs when new. Automatic. Full year's MOT (10/02/27). New front brake discs and pads on 26/01/26, rear discs and pads replaced approximately 3,000 miles ago. Rear Flexride shock absorbers replaced with reconditioned ones 5,000 miles ago. Electronic handbrake motor and cables replaced 12,000 miles ago. Rear drop links replaced last year. Sat nav updated to 2019, which is the last year updates were available.
Had to replace the battery in May 2022 but other than that it's never let me down and it's in good condition mechanically. Bodywork needs a little attention for rust on the front wings, and a scrape up the passenger side. The drivers window switch doesn't put the window down - it's not the motor as the window goes up and down remotely using the key, and goes back up with the switch so I'm not sure what the issue is. Front tyres have about 60% tread left and rears about 20% left.
All in all, despite slightly untidy bodywork in places it's a nice and solid car to be in and eat the mileage, especially with the Adaptive Cruise Control, Flexride suspension and heated leather seats. Night driving is a breeze with bi-xenon self-levelling headlights with adaptive forward lighting when turning corners. The estate makes for an enormous boot to swallow your road trip luggage or spring cleaning the house with trips to the dump.
