GTI cabriolet in Mars Red with electric hood. I bought the car 4.5 years ago fully intending to restore it but never got time as I was renovating the house. Now I have a grandchild, I doubt I will ever get any time! The car has always been kept in my garage and is in reasonable condition for its age. In my opinion, it requires very little welding but take a look to make your own mind up. It starts, runs and drives forwards and backwards. I have only driven it in my driveway. Hopefully the pics give you an idea of it's condition but a viewing is highly recommended so you can draw your own conclusions. I also have the Haynes workshop manual for this model. It needs to get the care and attention it demands so it can get back on the road and be enjoyed as it should be. Reasonable offers will be considered. Feel free to ask any questions.
