This Volvo XC70 has been a fantastic car for our large (pet free) family and is offered for sale through absolutely no fault of its own. The equipment and options were a dream find for us, with Polestar tuning offering a little more power, removable towbar (which has been used for a bike rack only), load compensating suspension giving confidence for the fully packed family adventure, and features such as heated steering wheel, screen and seats making this a comfortable car all year round. Mechanically this car has been well serviced and maintained, with every advisory always undertaken and suspension parts replaced in pairs. Cosmetically the car is in good shape for its age, however there are a couple of pieces of black plastic trim worth mentioning. The first is bird related damage to the grille. We have lived with this for years without issue but replacements could be easily sourced. The second is the rear bumper which split against a low retaining wall. The damage was non structural and therefore was professionally repaired rather than replaced and has sailed through its MOT since. The rear parking sensor has just dropped inside the bumper and could be retrieved and clipped/glued back in place. Cosmetic issues aside, the car always drives really well and the AWD gives great confidence on today's roads.
