I am selling our 2011 Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE, 3.0 diesel, with 210,257 miles. This is the top spec HSE model, fully loaded and still in good condition for its age. It certainly looks like it has done half its mileage, and has been well looked after. Plenty of history with it, and it's been a solid vehicle during my ownership.

History & Recent Work:
I took this in part exchange for my Discovery 5 around a year ago to use whilst I moved house, but I have known of it for the previous 7 years during which it had a relatively easy life as a school run mule (good miles). This year, amongst some smaller items, I have had the following work completed:
1. Both inlet manifolds have been replaced, and a
2. New battery fitted.
There is a lot of history that comes with this car (see picture). The V5 notes it has had 3 previous owners.
Tyres are all Pirelli Scorpions, which have some life left.
Body work is in good condition for its age and mileage, will only smaller areas noted which would require light work should you require it. Wheels could probably benefit from a light refurb, also.
Current Fault - Spares/Repairs
It has recently developed what appears to be an exhaust manifold and EGR related issue. Symptoms include:
1. Engine management light on,
2. Drops into reduced performance mode almost immediately upon driving, and
3. Audible signs consistent with an exhaust manifold leak.
The power steering pump may also be leaking - there is some dampness around the area, and there is some rust to the sills/arches inside the rear doors (see pictures).
Because of this fault, it is priced accordingly and will likely need towing or trailering away from our postcode, NN11 6JD.
Overall, this is a high spec and honest Discovery 4 HSE with good history and recent maintenance. Ideal for someone who can take on the repair or use it for parts.
