This limited-edition Sport Black MX5 (no. 243 out of 500) is in excellent condition and still drives fantastically. All the usual features (power retractable hardtop, 17" black alloy wheels, heated leather seats, aircon, cruise control, BOSE speaker system, gorgeous red and black paint job, etc.) plus a couple of great aftermarket quality of life improvements. The windscreen wiper toggle has been upgraded with a variable intermittent setting (great for light drizzly rain), but most importantly, the old CD player head unit has been replaced with a brand new Sony XAV-AX5650 (worth more than 400.00 on its own). This head unit boasts a capacitive touchscreen, physical buttons for volume control & track skipping, and is fully compatible with Android Auto and Apple Car Play - it really makes the car feel 10 years newer! The battery, aircon condenser, brake pads/discs have all been replaced.
