Just had suspension top mounts and new drivers door lock (as it froze in the recent cold weather) costing nearly 900 pounds. Just had full service, cam belt and water pump and 2 branded new tyres, All work done by VAG specialists! All receipts present. Runs perfectly It has been maintained regardless of cost as I do with all my cars The Kombi vans has 5 seats 2 single seats in the front- with 3 in the middle row. They are crash tested and VW factory fitted and removable . It is a high spec model, with cruise control, heated front window and mirrors and Vw fitted side windows , Highline alloy wheels, automatic lights and windscreen wipers I have sound deadened (dodo sound deadening) , thermo insulated and Dacron insulated all side panels, doors and boot and then carpet lined the walls cost over 1k and is a core part of a van conversion if this is where you may go with it. I did this because it makes the van very quiet and more comfortable It also has gold insulated floor lining with a , 18mm ply floor and custom cut Altro floor. I also have a boot cover to protect the floor. I've have a rear upper spoiler and all paint just not installed it just yet, which can go with the van. As part of its maintenance I've had all injectors removed and checked by a specialist, engine flush during service. All sorts of work with receipts Two keys and full owners pack is present Bad bits: - heater works but only on fan setting 3,4- apparently this is a really common problem and apparently easy to fix. - Driver's door hinge seems to have dropped a little and may need replacing but again quite a cheap fix.
