Owned for 5+ years. Includes tow bar, we no longer tow a caravan and have recently retired, hence we have no need for a big 4x4 car going forward. Great condition inside and out. Well cared for and just had a ceramic coating on the paint, so all you need is water to clean it for the next year! Loads of features like cruise control, auto lights, auto wipers, heated mirrors, parking sensors, 6 cd/radio and sd card slot, dual zone climate control with excellent (recently re-filled) air conditioning etc etc. Full main dealer service history up until I bought it. I have done my own servicing since including regular oil changes, regardless of mileage. Non standard extras I have added include mud flaps all round (crazy that they don't supply or even make these for this model) and the false boot found in the standard estate, giving extra storage and easier loading into the boot. (Easily removed if preferred) Since I have had the car I have had the following done..... New clutch, including DMF (dual mass flywheel) New Haldex pump, including new filter and oil (these start failing around 80-100 k miles and you lose 4 wheel drive) Replaced the rear diff oil (Rarely done on these and a new diff is 1000s of pounds if it fails) New front brake discs and pads New front wheel bearings New ribbon (as it's called) in the steering wheel (electrics for all the steering wheel functions and over 200 quid for the part alone) This Octavia Scout, with it's low mileage and all the work done over the past couple of years, will avoid expensive bills you may get on other Scouts.
