One owner from new - I've had 9 years of trouble-free motoring and having recently retired, I'm buying a newer E-power X-Trail and selling this on to a good home. It's just had its annual service and MOT to reassure prospective buyers that it will continue its perfect motoring record. (I've literally just done the annual services and had brake pads and tyres replaced as needed.) The full service history is recorded in the Nissan service log. The Tekna specifications make it a pleasure to drive: It's a keyless stop/start system so no fiddling with an ignition key; 360 degree cameras make precise manoeuvring easy and it has a self park option too; a range of safety alerts such as lane control and hazard ahead can be tailored to your taste; high beams automatically dip and blind spot alert lights on the side mirrors are very helpful, especially on the motorway; heated front seats, mirrors and rear window make the winter bearable; climate control means no more fiddling with the aircon and the passenger can control their own climate; the panoramic roof with sliding sun shade was a particular favourite of my daughters when they were younger; bluetooth and usb connections link/charge your phone easily with the entertainment system so you can make and receive calls handsfree or listen to a podcast. The body work and interior are in very good condition for their age. The majority of the miles were done with just me on my commute to work - the rest of the time it was the family car. I chose the X-Trail originally because of the passenger space in the back. 3 adults can travel comfortably with plenty of leg room and headroom, enhanced by the panoramic roof. The middle seat in the back can fold down to provide drink holders for two rear passengers. The boot space is big and with the rear seats down it's huge. The boot space can be set level with the back door opening or lower for more space and there's a handy 12v socket too. A full size spare wheel with an unused tyre sits under the boot space with a jack and toolkit in a side compartment. The car has been non-smoking and pet free - just three daughters! (I also have roof bars, a top box and two roof-mounted cycle carriers available for reasonable offers.)
