For sale is a 2006 Toyota Avensis 2.2 D-4D T3X Touring with 162500 miles. The car has been exceptionally reliable to date, and has only had standard service items replaced in its lifetime. Air conditioning still works well (was re-gassed in 2022), and the car is quiet and comfortable on motorways - returning 50mpg+ with ease. The car comes with a detachable towbar and I'll include Thule roofbars that fit the car free of charge. The car has 5 owners, but has been been owned by family and friends since 2011. 2023-Now - Current Onwer 2021-2023 - Friend Owned 2019-2023 - Current Owner 2011-2019 - Family member of current owner Partial service history is given with the car, mainly from years 2019 onwards which is typically from independent garages. Earlier records have been lost, but services were generally carried out by Beadles Toyota Medway until that point. The car has a new MOT with some advisories, mainly corrosion to some suspension components that has been listed as advisories for a few years. The garage mentioned apart from that, the car still seems incredibly solid and looks like it will go on for some time. The car had a full service in October 2023 at 151179, so could benefit from a service now. New brake discs and pads were fitted all round in February 2024 at 153603 miles. Tread depths are good on all tyres. The car is now 20 years old, so has a few bumper parking scuffs and scratches. Internally, the seats and carpets are generally tidy although the car is used to take a muddy dog on walks! The adhesive on the headlining has failed with age so the inside roof of the car is a bit floppy. Unfortunately an engine oil bottle leaked in the boot which has stained a section of the floor - I'd recommend covering with a boot liner to stop the oil soaking into anything being carried.
