On offer is my well cared for Jaguar XKR with a full service history giving the next owner peace of mind and freedom to enjoy this excellent piece of Jaguar heritage. It is a genuine Portfolio which makes it very unique since only around 65 cars were sold in the UK. The distinct features are: - Bowers & Wilkins sound system - badges on door sills, different gear selector - upgraded brakes - Celestial Black paint colour which in direct sunlight appears dark blue - Contrast stitching on the dashboard and aluminium inserts. It is an enjoyable and special car, with its 4.2 V8 engine being the most successful and reliable power plant Jaguar has ever produced. The car performs beautifully and handles like new with it's new suspension components, offering comfort and performance when you need it. I personally took it on many road trips, including Swiss Alps, where it was a joy to drive and it never let me down. The servicing was always done on time and many parts were replaced in order to keep it's perfect condition. The interior feels new as well. Tyres: - All brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s performance tires. These tires are arguably the best choice for this car and elevate the driving experience. Maintenance: The car has a great service history, with Jaguar main dealers and respected Jaguar specialists. The Jag has had major services done using only genuine Jaguar parts. The following was replaced recently: - Both front shock absorbers - Front anti-roll bar bushes and drop links - Rear anti-roll bar drop links - Rear shock absorber bush - Caster arm bushes and track rod ends - Alternator Belt (the supercharger belt assembly is of the new type) - AC Condenser with AC regas - Air Intake tube Other services: - The gearbox was serviced last year at one of the best ZF specialists in the country. - The underside was wax sealed in the past. The new owner can look into having the rims professionally refurbished to bring them up to the same high standard as the rest of the car. I am only selling the car because of family reasons and a need for a more accessible vehicle. It has been a joy to own, and I'll be sad to see it go, but it's time for someone else to enjoy it.
