For sale as REPAIR or SPARES 2010 Peugeot 3008 1.6 Hdi EGC automatic Only 104,655 miles Long MOT expires 13/10/26 Service history within our ownership. This a lovely well looked after comfortable car in good condition but has the usual minor scuffs (see photos). Unfortunately, now selling due to an electronic issue with the transmission which I have no money or time to further spend on. The engine starts and runs very well but is in neutral and will NOT engage gear. Had diagnostics check that showed fault code P1701 (see photos). In my opinion this is not a mechanical issue just electronic maybe even a software update would fix it. RAC breakdown got it working with just a laptop now it's happened again. All electrics work with no issues, electric handbrake, windows, blower, lights etc. During our two year ownership we have replaced the below items which are still good. Four tyres Battery Front wheel bearing Ball joint Track rod ends Engine service including transmission oil. Air conditioning service Cabin filter etc. Bring a trailer as the car will need to be trailered away. Located in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk 950 ovno.
