We have owned our XC60 since 2024 and it has been a great family car in that time. But it is time to change it now for us for something a bit newer and for the Volvo to be enjoyed by someone else. The good bits: Full service history mixed Volvo/Independent with the last full service Jan 26. Tyres and alloys in good condition (front tyres excellent, rear ones fine for tread but cracking slightly). Paintwork very good with just a few age related marks. I've tried to capture these but it was difficult to do so. Upholstery and carpets in excellent condition. Pet free and smoke free. Timing belt and water pump replaced just before we bought it, so at around 113,000 miles. The niggles: Small repaired chip, about 3mm, in the windscreen which was like that when we bought it and is stable. Its never bothered us whilst driving. The heated seats have never worked. We haven't investigated why so could be a simple fix but again we weren't too bothered. Specs wise this is the R Design so has a few nice touches mainly related to the styling. Leather/alcantara combo seats. Climate control Heated windscreen Infotainment system- not touch screen but pretty intuitive with the buttons. MOT due 28 April 26 Previous advisories will still stand as they were windscreen chip and cracking on the rear tyres. The tread is fine but they are probably just a bit old.
