A fine example of an X5 with features including: - Heated steering wheel - Heated memory front sports seats with adjustable lumbar support. - DAB radio and 2022 Nav update. - Staggered 20" wheels - A full set of nearly new BMW approved Bridgestone tyres (315/35R20 & 275/40R20) (costing 984!) - Full black leather with brushed aluminium trim. - BMW OEM tow bar and electrics (fitted in my ownership). - Both keys present. - SE generally cheaper to insure than the M Sport. - Maintained to a high standard; runs and drives great. I bought this X5 in 2023 with just over 99K miles on the clock. At the time, it had a glow plug issue and the larger turbo had an oil leak. Aside from these, the car had been well-maintained and was in better condition than a lot I viewed at the time! The car only had a partial service history and my intention was to keep the car for a long time, so the following work was undertaken before the car had done 100K miles: - New Beru Glow plug module and Bosch glow plugs. - Both turbos have been rebuilt with new cartridges and all lines inspected and cleaned. - Inlet manifold cleaned and swirl flaps checked. - Inlet ports walnut blasted. - New silicone vacuum pipes. - Timing chain and guides replaced. - Harmonic balancer replaced. - Most gaskets replaced with Elring ones including filter housing. - New AGM battery + a few other bits and bobs. The car has been well treated by myself and you can see that all of the common problems have been sorted, so it should last another 100K! The car has been mainly used for long trips, which it excels at. Minor issues: - Driver's mirror doesn't dim (I'm assuming a new glass will sort this but this has never bothered me). - Some stone chips and minor age-related scuffs.
