BMW 530d SE - 2006 - 1,500 ONO - Daily Driver Selling my 2006 BMW 530d SE. Despite the mileage, it's still a strong and comfortable daily commuter. The M57 diesel engine is wellknown for reliability and long life, and the gearbox shifts smoothly. It pulls well, sits nicely on the motorway, and has been used every day without issues. I'm being fully transparent about the faults so the next owner knows exactly what to expect. Known Issues (Please Read) - Washer fluid leak - likely from the bottle or pipework. - Central locking not working - caused by broken wiring in the tailgate loom, a common E60/E61 issue. - iDrive / display unit not working - the main screen/entertainment computer is currently dead. - Because of this, the tyre pressure warning cannot be reset, as the reset menu is only accessible through the iDrive interface. - Rear left door dent - car was lightly bumped in a car park. - Door opens and closes normally, purely cosmetic. - Usual agerelated marks for a 2006 car. None of these issues stop the car from being used daily it's still driven to work and back reliably. A mechanically solid BMW 530d that still serves as a dependable daily commuter, with several electrical faults that need attention.
