I have had this car for 3 years. Selling it to buy a newer car (probably another 3 series, much newer model ) As such quite a reliable car that has done 3 family trips to France in the last 18 months or so but requires some repair work for sensors etc. Other than the long road trips it is usually only driven over the weekend. About 3K a year for the last 3 years or so. Problems with the car: - One of the wheels probably has a faulty sensor which results in the ABS / Wheel light being on in the dashboard - BMW service centre said that there is a comms issue which results in a few lights being on - Possible minor oil leak Note : Engine is fine and engine light is not on. I still drive the car regularly and it drives just fine - probably better than some of the newer BMWs I have tried in last few days :) Please note MOT expires on Feb 20th, 2026, and as you can tell from above, it will not pass MOT without the wheel sensor and the dashboard comms thing being fixed.
