Spares or Repair / Electrical Fault I've loved owning and driving this car. It drives well and has been reliable mechanically, but it is being sold as seen due to an intermittent electrical issue which I don't want to investigate further as I've needed to move to a larger car anyway. Known issue (intermittent electrical fault): Occasionally displays warning messages such as: "Reduced Engine Performance" "Anti-Skid Service Required" "Brake Failure - Stop Safely" These warnings have never resulted in any actual braking or traction issues. Messages usually clear themselves within a minute or two. Sometimes accompanied by the dashboard temporarily switching off and all dials dropping to zero, though the car continues to drive normally. If the car is switched off while the warnings are showing, it can activate the immobiliser and may not restart immediately. Recent MOT advisories: Exhaust mounting defective Oil leak (not excessive) Aside from the electrical fault, the car drives well. Low mileage at 87k and would make a good project for someone confident with auto electrics. Open to sensible offers
