The most common issue on these is the Crank shaft failing causing the engine to beging to knock, this one has just had a full rebuild from the Block up replacing all belts and parts related all fitted with Genuine Land Rover parts of course. This rebuilt comes with a 6 Month engine waranty too for added piece of mind. we have a stack of invoices for it too including the timing belt kit being changed on 111,563 miles, new radiator top hose on 120,899 miles and loads of other invoices for work carried out. Both lower arms have been replaced also on 121,363 miles. These Disco's are becoming increasingly populr and more valuable, the most known issue is the cranks failing and this one was a late one that snapped on 133k miles which is when we bought it and had it re built by our Land Rover specialist.
