I've had this for just over a year and it's time to move it on. It's been a brilliant, comfortable and fast car with no major issues.
In the time I've owned it, it's not needed much but has had:
- Front wheel bearing.
- ABS unit replacement and brake fluid flush and change.
-Brake pads.
-Fully refurbished XKR alloy wheels with new tyres.
-Fully leather steering wheel and gear knob.
-AC regas.
-Offside rear silencer.
It has full service history, 2 keys and remotes and a new headlining.
The car was compression tested when I bought it from a classic car restorer, and has had the chain tensioners replaced (I have the old ones which were actually still in good condition!)
Rust free which is a rarity for one of these, drives very well and pulls strongly in all gears.
As a 27 year old car, it's not perfect, the auto lights function doesn't work, will need a couple of front springs at some point but overall a very good example of a modern classic Jag that's been well looked after.
